ORGANUM is a small-batch specialty coffee roastery focused on unusual coffees from Southeast Asia.
We work directly with independent farmers exploring experimental and anaerobic fermentation processes, searching for unexpected flavor profiles.
Each coffee is roasted ultra lightly with strict thermal control to preserve delicate aromatic compounds and naturally occuring chlorogenic acids (CGA).
After roasting, the whole beans are sealed in pharmaceutical-grade amber glass jars, protecting them from light and oxygen while preserving their distinctive character.
